Method
  1. Place sliced lemon and orange into glass.
  2. Add in sherry curacao and cognac.
  3. Pour in wine and soda water.
  4. Stir in the raspberry syrup.

Claret Punch Holtz is pleasurable smooth cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Built with 90ml wine red claret and 15ml sherry topaz with 15ml cognac as well as 15ml curacao including 15ml raspberry syrup also 120ml soda water and best at tea time. Just place sliced lemon and orange into glass then add in sherry curacao and cognac and pour in wine and soda water. Stir in the raspberry syrup and served in a highball glass cold.
