Method
  1. Medium dice fruit and add to glass.
  2. Pour in the bitters brandy and syrup.
  3. Quick muddle.
  4. Add ice to glass.
  5. Stir in the claret red wine.

Claret Punch Classic is very enjoyable full bodied cocktail at 2.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml wine red claret and 45ml brandy with 10ml bitters as well as 15ml sugar syrup including 100ml ice also 20ml orange together with 20ml lemon and 20ml pineapple white jade and good with roasted or barbecue foods. Just medium dice fruit and add to glass then pour in the bitters brandy and syrup and quick muddle. Add ice to glass and stir in the claret red wine and served in a highball glass at room temperature.
