Champagne Punch Holtz is enjoyable smooth cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Built with 90ml champagne and 15ml cognac with 15ml sherry topaz as well as 15ml curacao including 15ml raspberry syrup also 120ml soda water and good with afternoon tea. Just add orange and lemon to glass then pour in the cognac sherry and curacao and add the cold champagne and soda. Stir in the raspberry syrup and served in a highball glass cold.
