Method - Poured - Cold

Skin and cut sugarcane into medallion slices.
Place each medallion into the glass and muddle.
Pour in lime juice.
Fill glass with ice cubes.
Pour in gold aged cachaca.

Great Unwashed is succulent full bodied cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Built with 45ml cachaca sagatiba velha and 15ml lime juice with 50ml ice also 50ml sugarcane and best at tea time. Just skin and cut sugarcane into medallion slices then place each medallion into the glass and muddle and pour in lime juice. Fill glass with ice cubes and pour in gold aged cachaca and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
