Plebeians is palatable above average cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Built with 30ml grappa segnana and 60ml wine red with 60ml water and good with roasted or barbecue foods. Just add shot of grappa to glass then pour in water and add red wine. Mix a little and served in a wine glass at room temperature.
