Method
  1. Add ice into mixing glass.
  2. Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
  3. Gently stir well.
  4. Strain into ice cold glass.
  5. Garnish with redcurrants.

Octel is stimulating quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml redcurrant liqueur norfolk and 30ml gin hemp the still with 30ml redcurrant juice as well as 100ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just add ice into mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and gently stir well. Strain into ice cold glass and garnish with redcurrants and served in a martini glass cold.
