Method - Poured - Cold

Plase the ice into tall glass.
Add in the pineapple pulp.
Pour in a shot of dark rum.
Top glass with soda water.

Over The Falls is gustatus light cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml rum black diplomatico and 30ml pineapple pulp with 180ml soda water as well as 50ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just plase the ice into tall glass then add in the pineapple pulp and pour in a shot of dark rum. Top glass with soda water and served in a highball glass cold.
