Lachlan is scrummy strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml soju chateul soorok strawberry and 30ml soju hwayo 41x with 30ml strawberry pulp as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add half the ice to shaker then add ingredients into shaker over ice and shake well. Pour all into glass and fill glass with ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
