Method - Shaken - Cold

Add ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients.
Shake well.
Strain into glass
Garnish with lemon peel.

Cognac - Cognac is a variety of brandy named after the town of Cognac and made from wine or fermented fruit juice.

Orange Liqueur - Orange liqueur is also called triple sec meaning tripple destilled and comes as a sweet or dry and colored or colorless orange citrus flavoured liqueur.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Lemon Peel - Lemon peel is the skin of a lemon and full of lemon oils and are used in cocktail for taste and garnish and can be shaped in may styles.

Sidecar is sharp very strong cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 50ml cognac and 20ml orange liqueur with 20ml lemon juice as well as 100ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients and shake well. Strain into glass and garnish with lemon peel and served in a saucer glass cold.
