Method
  1. Put ice cubes into bar shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Quick shake to mix.
  4. Fine strain into glass.

Grand Sidecar is gaumigs full strength cocktail at 2.6 standard drinks. Shaken with 40ml orange liqueur grand marnier and 40ml cognac vallein tercinier vsop with 10ml lemon juice as well as 100ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just put ice cubes into bar shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and quick shake to mix. Fine strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
