Method
  1. Add ice to glass.
  2. Add ice to shaker.
  3. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  4. Shake well.
  5. Strain into glass over ice.

Sidecar Crash is mouth watering very strong cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml brandy st remy and 15ml orange liqueur torres with 20ml lemon juice as well as 200ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just add ice to glass then add ice to shaker and add all ingredients to shaker. Shake well and strain into glass over ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
