Method - Stirred - Cold

Add half the ice to mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir well until mixed.
Pour everything into glass.
Top glass with ice.

Brandy - Brandy is a spirit produced by distilling pomace or marc or wine or fermented fruit juice and generally contains 35 to 60 alcohol by volume.

Sugar Syrup - Sugar syrup or sirup is a condiment that is a thick viscous liquid consisting primarily of a solution of sugar in water and made by cooking water and sugar together.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Syphon Seltzer - Syphon Seltzer is soda water or carbonated water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Brandy Fizz is tasty strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml brandy and 10ml sugar syrup with 10ml lemon juice as well as 35ml syphon seltzer including 190ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just add half the ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well until mixed. Pour everything into glass and top glass with ice and served in a highball glass cold.
