Bunny is mouth watering smooth cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin shiraz and 30ml port wine mcwilliams hanwood with 110ml consomme rabbit as well as 60ml chickpeas and served as or alongside soup dishes. Just warm serving glass and heat consomme then poach small carrot leaf on and add to glass and add in the poached chickpeas. Add in the gin and port and pour in hot rabbit consomme and serve with long spoon and served in a coffee glass warm.
