Old Frenchie is restoring quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml rum light white and 15ml elderflower liqueur dekuyper with 10ml bitters kaffir lime kenny as well as 10ml lemon juice including 35ml sparkling wine white also 190ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just place ice into mixing glass then stir well and strain into glass over ice and garnish with mint and served in a highball glass cold.
