Method
  1. Add a little ice to bar shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to bar shaker.
  3. Quick shake to mix.
  4. Pour all into tall glass.
  5. Fill glass with ice.
  6. Dress top with sun dried tomatos.

Gentlemans Relish is appealing full bodied cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml whisky rye rittenhouse and 35ml tomato juice with 35ml celery juice as well as 190ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just add a little ice to bar shaker then add all ingredients to bar shaker and quick shake to mix. Pour all into tall glass and fill glass with ice and dress top with sun dried tomatos and served in a highball glass cold.
