Method - Poured - Cold

In a collins glass add the ice cubes.
Add mastiha liqueur to glass.
Pour in the lemon soda.
Sprinkle ouzo on top.
Sprinkle a few anise seeds on top.

Ouzo Sertiko - Sertiko Ouzo is a delicious bold and very traditional which with its aroma brings us to the habits and flavours of another era.

Lemon Soda - Lemon soda is carbonated water with a strong lemon flavour made from lemon citrus.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Anise - Anise also called aniseed is a flowering plant in the family Apiaceae native to the eastern Mediterranean region and Southwest Asia.

Cosmote is scrumptious full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml mastiha liqueur fos and 15ml ouzo sertiko with 55ml lemon soda as well as 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just in a collins glass add the ice cubes then add mastiha liqueur to glass and pour in the lemon soda. Sprinkle ouzo on top and sprinkle a few anise seeds on top and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
