Method - Poured - Cold

Place ice into tumbler.
Add ounce of sloe gin.
Pour in cola soda.
Sprinkle pepermint on top.

Gin Sloe - Sloe gin is a red liqueur made with gin and sloe drupes which are a small fruit relative of the plum and must be over 25 percent ABV.

Peppermint Schnapps - Peppermint Schnapps is a liqueur which has a taste somewhat similar to that of a candy cane. Its flavor is similar to Creme de Menthe but is not as sweet and is generally clear in color.

Cola Soda - Cola flavoured soda sweet in taste and strong cola flavour with calories of sugar and comes in dark colors.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Hornet is flavorous full bodied cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin sloe and 15ml peppermint schnapps with 55ml cola soda as well as 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just place ice into tumbler then add ounce of sloe gin and pour in cola soda. Sprinkle pepermint on top and served in a highball glass cold.
