Method
  1. Warm glass and rabbit consomme.
  2. Add kina l avion to glass.
  3. Pour in suze bitters.
  4. Add warm rabbit consomme to warm glass.
  5. Drop in small cube of butter and alow to melt.
  6. Optimal service temperature would be 60C to 70C or 140F to 158F.
  7. Serve cocktail bread on the side.

Hot Bunny is yummy mild cocktail at 0.8 standard drinks. Built with 15ml kina l avion d or and 15ml bitters suze racines with 120ml consomme rabbit and served as or alongside soup dishes. Just warm glass and rabbit consomme then add kina l avion to glass and pour in suze bitters. Add warm rabbit consomme to warm glass and drop in small cube of butter and alow to melt and optimal service temperature would be 60c to 70c or 140f to 158f and serve cocktail bread on the side and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
