Method
  1. Add peach pulp to bottom of glass.
  2. Small dice cake and add to glass.
  3. Sprinkle sherry over cake and alow to soak.
  4. Pour hot cream over all.

Accomplished is scrumptious diluted cocktail at 0.4 standard drinks. Built with 30ml sherry cream barbadillo and 30ml cream hot with 30ml peach pulp as well as 100ml cake plain and served with sweet dishes. Just add peach pulp to bottom of glass then small dice cake and add to glass and sprinkle sherry over cake and alow to soak. Pour hot cream over all and served in a old fashioned glass at room temperature.
