Method
  1. Fill glass with ice.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into glass over ice.
  5. Lovely

Amaretto Paradise is lovely above average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml amaretto liqueur leroux and 10ml rum light white buckeye with 10ml melon liqueur as well as 40ml pineapple juice including 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just fill glass with ice then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass over ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
