Method - Shaken - Cold

Place ice into shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake well.
Rest
Shake again.
Strain into glass.

Gin Teichenne Level - Gin Teichenne Reserve Level Gin is a triple distilled gin 44 percent Vol. Made from wheat alcohol in which juniper is macerated and distilled in combination with different botanicals principally cardamom orange blossom and grapefruit.

Banana Liqueur - Liqueur flavoured with bananas and strong yellow color and also comes in a green color.

Vermouth Dry - Dry vermouth is high quality white wine and essences of herbs and spices and looks clear. Dry vermouth is an aromatized fortified wine flavored also called french vermouth.

Passion Fruit Juice - Passion fruit juice has no seeds is a little sour and a little sweet with a strong passionfruit flavour.

Egg White - White of a egg also called albumen or the glair glaire used to make your cocktail fluffy you can also use Aquafaba.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Yeomans Passion is reviving quite strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml gin teichenne level and 20ml banana liqueur with 10ml vermouth dry as well as 20ml passion fruit juice including 10ml egg white also 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Rest and shake again and strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
