Method - Shaken - Cold

Add half the ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients.
Shake well.
Top glass with ice.
Serve with a yummy donut or two.

Just add half the ice to shaker then add all ingredients and shake well. Top glass with ice and serve with a yummy donut or two and served in a highball glass cold.
