Method - Poured - Cold

Add ice to collins glass.
Pour in the shot of dark rum.
Add in a splash of lime.
Top with cocnut water.

Rum Dark Samai - Samai Dark Rum is a dark rum and aged for four years in sherry oak barrels and ‍distilled in traditional copper pot stills.

Sunrise Lime Juice - Sunrise lime juice taken from sunrise lime where the pulp is pressed into a juice and has a bright sunshine color.

Coconut Water - Coconut water is the clear liquid inside coconuts. In early development it serves as a suspension for the endosperm of the coconut during the nuclear phase of development.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

West Island is pleasurable average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml rum dark samai and 10ml sunrise lime juice with 60ml coconut water as well as 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice to collins glass then pour in the shot of dark rum and add in a splash of lime. Top with cocnut water and served in a highball glass cold.
