Method - Stirred - Warm

Warm mixing glass and serving glass.
Pour ingredients into mixing glass.
Stir well.
Pour all into warm glass.

Sugar Syrup Spiced - Spiced sugar syrup is cooked with water and with spices like star anise and allspice nutmeg cinnamon cloves ginger and cardamom and aged fruit such as orange peel raisins currants and apples.

Wassail Bowl is flavoursome light cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml sherry and 60ml ale with 20ml sugar syrup spiced as well as 50ml apple pulp including 60ml water hot and served for or with tiffins. Just warm mixing glass and serving glass then pour ingredients into mixing glass and stir well. Pour all into warm glass and served in a coffee glass warm.
