Method - Stirred - Cold

Place the ice into glass.
Add the gin to glass.
Pour in the water.
Stir in the raspberry syrup.

Gin Barossa - Barossa Gin is distilled with 12 botanicals with citrus and toasted Oak combine to produce a smooth well balanced Gin with a generous mouthfeel.

Raspberry Syrup - Raspberry syrup made with raspberry and sugar and cooked until thick and has a bitter sweet flacour and can come in a red or dark red color.

Turimetta Beach is me shije mild cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin barossa and 30ml raspberry syrup with 110ml water as well as 130ml ice and best at tea time. Just place the ice into glass then add the gin to glass and pour in the water. Stir in the raspberry syrup and served in a goblet glass cold.
