Method - Poured - Cold

Place the ice cubes into glass.
Add coconut rum.
Pour in coconut juice.
Top tall glass with soda water.

Coconut Juice - Juice from a coconut is the translucent or semi clear liquid inside a young coconut.

Soda Water - Carbonated water also called sparkling water or club soda or seltzer is water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Third Mate is flavoursome strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Built with 45ml rum coconut captain morgan and 15ml coconut juice with 40ml soda water as well as 190ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just place the ice cubes into glass then add coconut rum and pour in coconut juice. Top tall glass with soda water and served in a highball glass cold.
