The Water Bearer Cocktail

Ingredients

30ml

Fig Liqueur

10ml

Fig Syrup

50ml

Soda Water

100ml

Ice

6% Alcohol By Volume

12 Proof

0.4 Standard Drinks

Method - Stirred - Cold

Add a little ice to mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Gently stir.
Pour everything into glass.
Top glass with ice cubes.
Very Palatable

Fig Liqueur - Fig liqueur made and flavoured with sun ripe figs with a rich color and full fig taste.

Fig Syrup - Syrup made from figs sugar and water.

Soda Water - Carbonated water also called sparkling water or club soda or seltzer is water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

The Water Bearer is very palatable weak cocktail at 0.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml fig liqueur and 10ml fig syrup with 50ml soda water as well as 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just add a little ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and gently stir. Pour everything into glass and top glass with ice cubes and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
