The Goat is scrumptious quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Built with 30ml rum spiced capricorn and 15ml chestnut liqueur briottet with 15ml pear liqueur briottet as well as 30ml soda water including 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add ice cubes into glass then pour in shot of spiced rum and add chestnut liqueur. Pour in soda water and sprinkle pear liqueur on top and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
