Method - Shaken - Cold

Pour ingredients into cocktail shaker.
Vigorously shake.
Place ice into cocktail shaker.
Vigorously shake again until foaming.
Hawthorne strain into glass.
Garnish with lemon peel.

Shaken with 45ml tequila anejo agave dos mil and 20ml lemon juice with 10ml sugar syrup as well as 15ml egg white including 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just pour ingredients into cocktail shaker then vigorously shake and place ice into cocktail shaker. Vigorously shake again until foaming and hawthorne strain into glass and garnish with lemon peel and served in a saucer glass cold.
