Apollo Surprising is very enjoyable heavy cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Built with 60ml whisky and 10ml grenadine with 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add half the ice to shaker then pour in grenadine and add double of whisky. Add orange peel and vigorously shake and pour everything into glass then add more ice to glass and balanced fork with cube on top and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
