Method - Poured - Cold

Chill cider until ice cold.
Add whiskey and liqueur to glass.

Jujube Liqueur - Jujube Liqueur is fermented Jujube then distilled into a liqueur and comes in sweet and dry version and can be clear pink or red colors.

Whisky Knights - Knights Whisky finest Matured Whisky is sophisticated yet uncomplicated and playful.

Jujube Cider - Jujube Cider with a light red color and full flavour.

Splashback is mond water standard cocktail at 2.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml jujube liqueur and 30ml whisky knights with 230ml jujube cider and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just chill cider until ice cold then add whiskey and liqueur to glass and served in a highball glass cold.
