Method
  1. Add a little ice to bar shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Quick shake.
  4. Pour all into large glass.
  5. Pack more ice cubes into glass.
  6. Glorious

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Speyside Collins Classic is glorious very strong cocktail at 2.2 standard drinks. Shaken with 70ml whisky spey river and 30ml lemon juice with 190ml ice and best at tea time. Just add a little ice to bar shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and quick shake. Pour all into large glass and pack more ice cubes into glass and served in a highball glass cold.
