Method
  1. Add a little ice to bar shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Quick shake to mix.
  4. Pour all into rocks glass.
  5. Add more ice to glass.

Somberero Classic is inviting heavy cocktail at 2.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml tequila anejo mala vida and 15ml vermouth bianco dolin with 15ml vermouth rosso bottega as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add a little ice to bar shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and quick shake to mix. Pour all into rocks glass and add more ice to glass and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
