Method
  1. In a tumbler glass add ice cubes.
  2. Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
  3. Stir well until mixed.
  4. Pour into glass over ice.

Usquebaugh Syrup - Usquebaugh Syrup is made by cooking the sugar with water and flavour with raisins orange peel and spiced with cloves and cardamoms and nutmeg and a little saffron.

Dr Solander is kommunikere light in flavour cocktail at 0.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 15ml pimms no6 and 15ml spice mix benjamin with 10ml usquebaugh syrup as well as 60ml tonic water including 190ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just in a tumbler glass add ice cubes then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir well until mixed. Pour into glass over ice and served in a coffee glass warm.
