Water Barley Lemon

Syphon Seltzer

8% Alcohol By Volume

1.5 Standard Drinks

Method - Poured - Cold

Place a little ice into glass.
Add in the gin.
Pour in the lemon barly water.
Top with club soda water.
Very Enjoyable

Gin Barossa - Barossa Gin is distilled with 12 botanicals with citrus and toasted Oak combine to produce a smooth well balanced Gin with a generous mouthfeel.

Water Barley Lemon - Lemon barley water is made by boiling barley grains and lemon peel in water then straining to remove the grains and possibly adding sugar.

Syphon Seltzer - Syphon Seltzer is soda water or carbonated water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Sixer Classic is very enjoyable smooth cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Built with 45ml gin barossa and 90ml water barley lemon with 105ml syphon seltzer as well as 50ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just place a little ice into glass then add in the gin and pour in the lemon barly water. Top with club soda water and served in a highball glass cold.
