  1. In a highball glass add the ice cubes.
  2. Pour in the vodka.
  3. Add the soda water.
  4. Sprinkle the blackberry brandy on top.

Say I Love You is energizing quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml brandy blackberry hattingtons and 30ml vodka blackcurrant with 40ml soda water as well as 190ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just in a highball glass add the ice cubes then pour in the vodka and add the soda water. Sprinkle the blackberry brandy on top and served in a highball glass cold.
