Method - Shaken - Cold

Put the cubes of ice into shaker.
Place all the ingredients into shaker.
Quick shake to mix.
Strain into cocktail glass.
Dress top with fan of rockmelon.

Petabyte is tasteful strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml rockmelon liqueur dolce and 30ml vodka clarence with 30ml rockmelon juice as well as 100ml ice and had with salad dishes. Just put the cubes of ice into shaker then place all the ingredients into shaker and quick shake to mix. Strain into cocktail glass and dress top with fan of rockmelon and served in a saucer glass cold.
