  1. Place ice into shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into glass.

Nightwatch is mouth watering heavy cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml gin giniversity aged and 30ml coffee schnapps vizor with 10ml pernod as well as 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and served in a liqueur glass cold.
