  1. Add shot of banana rum to glass.
  2. Spoon i nthe banana pulp.
  3. Pour in the cold milk.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Pour into serving glass.

Necker Island is scrumptious light cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml rum banana cruzan and 90ml banana pulp with 130ml milk and good with afternoon tea. Just add shot of banana rum to glass then spoon i nthe banana pulp and pour in the cold milk. Mix well and pour into serving glass and served in a highball glass cold.
