Method - Poured - Cold

Place ice into shot little glass.
Add in the el salvador rum.
Pour in the grapefruit soda.
Sprinkle aguardiente on top.

Rum Artesanal - Artesanal rum is made from molasses with the taste of sweet spicy and smells like vanilla.

Aguardiente Tic Tack - Tic Tack Aguardiente is a sugar cane spirit made in a similar fashion to rum but is typically a lot lighter in flavour.

Grapefruit Soda - Grapefruit soda is carbonated grapefruit juce with carbon dioxide gas dissolved into the liqued under pressure.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Mototaxi is rico quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Built with 30ml rum artesanal and 15ml aguardiente tic tack with 45ml grapefruit soda as well as 100ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just place ice into shot little glass then add in the el salvador rum and pour in the grapefruit soda. Sprinkle aguardiente on top and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
