Method - Shaken - Cold

Place ice into shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake well.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with etrog peel twist.

Etrog Juice - Juice from the Etrog.

Etrog Syrup - Etrog syrup is made from water sugar and Etrog juice all cooked together until thick and bright in color.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Etrog Peel - Peel from a citrus Etrog.

Matityahu Sour is piquant watered down cocktail at 0.2 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml wine kosher and 30ml etrog juice with 10ml etrog syrup as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and garnish with etrog peel twist and served in a saucer glass cold.
