Method - Stirred - Cold

Add ice to mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir well.
Strain into glass.

Parfait Amour - Parfait d Amour or Parfait Amour also knowen as perfect love is a liqueur flavoured with rose petals vanilla and almonds.

Orange Liqueur - Orange liqueur is also called triple sec meaning tripple destilled and comes as a sweet or dry and colored or colorless orange citrus flavoured liqueur.

Vermouth Sweet - Sweet vermouth also called Italian Vermouth is a fortified wine with an alcohol content of around 16 percent and a sugar content of around 14 to 15 percent.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Light Blue Haze is scrummy robust cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml rum and 15ml parfait amour with 10ml curacao blue continental as well as 15ml orange liqueur including 30ml vermouth sweet also 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
