Method
  1. Add ice into blender.
  2. Pour in gold rum.
  3. Add in the pineapple juice.
  4. Blend until grainy.
  5. Stir in the pineapple soda.
  6. Pour all into glass.
  7. Garnish with pineapple.

La Glace is delightful full bodied cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Blended with 60ml rum gold amber and 50ml pineapple juice with 50ml pineapple soda as well as 80ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add ice into blender then pour in gold rum and add in the pineapple juice. Blend until grainy and stir in the pineapple soda and pour all into glass and garnish with pineapple and served in a poco grande glass cold.
