  1. Warm glass and brandy.
  2. Fine grate truffle into glass.
  3. Pour in grape brandy.

Kens Saturday Nightcap is moreish heavy cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Built with 10ml bitters truffle black and 10ml truffle black with 30ml brandy grape and taken as nightcap before bedtime. Just warm glass and brandy then fine grate truffle into glass and pour in grape brandy. Splash in truffle bitters and serve with nut truffle on the side and served in a balloon glass warm.
