Alea Iacta Est is acidic mild cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Built with 60ml lemon liqueur limoncello and 30ml lemon juice with 120ml lemon soda as well as 190ml ice and best at tea time. Just slice lemon into thin half slices then add layer of ice to bottom of glass and add layer sliced lemon. Add another layer of ice and add layer sliced lemon and pour lemon liqueur over ice and lemon then top with lemon soda and served in a highball glass cold.
