Lemonade Juice

Soda Water

Citron Syrup

190ml

Ice

11% Alcohol By Volume

Method - Stirred - Cold

Pack ice into glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass, less soda.
Stir well.
Strain into glass over ice.
Top with soda.
Delish

Monastique - Monastique is a traditional liqueur based on a recipe from a monastery in the Dutch province of Zeeland.

Lemonade Juice - Juice from the lemonade fruit with a sweet tasting citric acid level cross between a mandarin orange and a lemon. AKA Darwins Citrus Juice.

Soda Water - Carbonated water also called sparkling water or club soda or seltzer is water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved.

Citron Syrup - Citron dyrup is make by cooking lemon lime and grapefruit into a thick sweet syrup.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Zeeland Collins is delish average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml monastique and 30ml lemonade juice with 30ml soda water as well as 10ml citron syrup including 190ml ice and best with buffet style food. Just pack ice into glass then add ingredients to mixing glass, less soda and stir well. Strain into glass over ice and top with soda and served in a highball glass cold.
