Sparkling Wine White

Method - Shaken - Cold

Add half the ice to bar shaker.
Pour all into shaker less wine.
Shake the hell out of it.
Stir in the sparkling wine.
Pour all into glass.
Top glass with ice.
Lovely

Diamond Fizz is lovely full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml gin and 15ml lemon juice with 15ml egg white as well as 10ml sugar syrup including 30ml sparkling wine white also 190ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just add half the ice to bar shaker then pour all into shaker less wine and shake the hell out of it. Stir in the sparkling wine and pour all into glass and top glass with ice and served in a highball glass cold.
