Method - Poured - Cold

Fill glass with ice.
Pour in yuzu gin over ice.
Add yuzu juice.
Top with splash of soda water.
Garnish with yuzu peel.

Yuzu Rickey is tasty zesty average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin yuzu departed spirits and 15ml yuzu juice with 55ml soda water as well as 190ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just fill glass with ice then pour in yuzu gin over ice and add yuzu juice. Top with splash of soda water and garnish with yuzu peel and served in a highball glass cold.
