Yellow Necked Spurfowl is nummy very strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Layered with 20ml cane spirit mainstay and 20ml amarula cream with 20ml amarula gold and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just two shots always share a shot then add cane spirit to bottom of glass and float amarula cream. Float amarula gold on top and served in a shot glass at room temperature.
