Gin Heathcote - Heathcote Founders Gin with juniper forward notes and a citrus sweet lemon myrtle giving and orange sweetening freshness.

Orange Liqueur - Orange liqueur is also called triple sec meaning tripple destilled and comes as a sweet or dry and colored or colorless orange citrus flavoured liqueur.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

White Lady Rocky is refreshing quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin heathcote and 30ml orange liqueur with 30ml lemon juice as well as 100ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just pack ice into glass then pour ingredients over ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
